Silver Ships, Inc. recently delivered an Ambar 6-meter (AM600) vessel to the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) that is designed and manufactured to accommodate versatile law enforcement missions. The mission of the AM600 vessel is law enforcement commissions and patrolling the waters throughout the state of Pennsylvania.

The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission emphasizes the first step to providing the best and safest recreational fishing and boating is protecting and maintaining all aquatic resources. Incorporating the AM600 vessel will expand their operations and further ensure the safety of the Pennsylvania public.

The 20-foot boat is powered by a single Mercury Verado 250XL outboard motor and provides top end speed in excess of 45 miles per hour with top fuel efficiency. The patrol boat features custom locking weapon stowage, advanced navigation systems and Whelen emergency lighting and siren package designed specifically for The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission marine patrolling missions.
