The mission of the AM600 workboat is law enforcement commissions and patrol the waters throughout the state of Pennsylvania. Incorporating this workboat will expand PFBC’s operations and further ensure the safety of the Pennsylvania public.

Powered by a single Mercury Verado 250XL outboard motor, the AM600 provides top-end speed more than 45 miles per hour with top fuel efficiency. This workboat also features custom locking weapon stowage, advanced navigation systems and a custom designed Whelen emergency lighting and siren package to meet the needs of the PFBC.

This is the fourth of five AM600 workboats delivered on a five-year contract with the Commission. Silver Ships is proud to continue to deliver high-quality, marine patrol vessels across the U.S. including the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission.
